Introduction
Mr. Patel has come to the clinic to check on his treatment for hypertension and type 2 diabetes. He points out that he has had worries and anxiety issues about the quality of his life. At the moment, Mr. Patel is a student-teacher in the film industry. Nonetheless, he has limited funds though he has insurance from his employer and can be able to afford prescription drugs and an inexpensive cost. He adds that he has a diagnosis with anxiety 13 years ago. He admits that he has not been able to follow the right diet. This paper helps in the provision of an assessment on the issue of a patient suffering from hypertension and type 2 diabetes.

This implies that one should be able to identify the causes of poor health and that one can avoid cases of the use of meals that are with fats as posited by Reyes et al. (2017). With the need for the use of second-line therapy, one can be able to determine the options that could be used for handling issues of care for patients…. (click here to get full solution)
