Transformational leaders are considered to help in promoting harmony and fostering moral maturity among the other employees in an organization (Theorists, Burns, & Leaders, 2015). This is attained by the leader in making use of authentic and consistent means that allow the employees to have an understanding of the ideal qualities that are necessary for success in an organization.  Transformational leader as well plays a role in ensuring that followers are able to have a freedom of choice. How this leader communicates the vision

One of the unique ways that Jeff Bezos communicate his vision to the employees and the others is by having a face to face communication with each of the employees. This plays a role in motivating the employees to help in supporting the vision and hence enhancing the possibility of success. Huang et al. (2015) indicate that a transformational leader should be in a position to encourage others on the importance of effective communication to help in eliminating errors that could result from lack of effective communication. Jeff Bezos aims at employing effective communication in the process of passing the vision.

Other than having an effective communication strategy, Jeff Bezos has aimed at ensuring that employees meet often to deliberate on the vision and get ideas on the ways that will help in enhancing success. Furthermore, Jeff has always placed a high value on the communication that is two way.
