●     An analysis of your CliftonStrengths Assessment summarizing the results of your profile- WOO, empathy, learner, achiever, belief

●     A description of two key behaviors that you wish to strengthen

●     A development plan that explains how you plan to improve upon the two key behaviors you selected and an explanation of how you plan to achieve your personal vision. Be specific and provide examples.

 Peterson (2019) defines personal philosophies as a set of beliefs and values that one upholds when carrying out a conversation or when responding to certain situations. With a personal philosophy, one can be able to ensure that others can be able to hear and have an understanding of the priorities and way of decision making as well as the values that one uses. It is important that as a leader one has a personal leadership philosophy since it allows others to have an understanding of what is needed and how to attain it.
