The issues of freedom are of importance in ensuring that one is supposed to take into account the aspects of ethics and leading on the ways to manage the ethical challenge. There is a need for one to learn of the international awareness that could impact the day to day living of the people and the aspects that could influence their process of care. There must be an implementation of ways by leaders that will ensure that the aspect of freedom is not affected. The focus of this paper is to discuss the aspect of freedom and the challenge of having a rise in poor freedom among the people.
